The programme is 40 hours in total and follows a blended learning format combining pre-recorded video sessions with live interactive classes. This allows you to learn at your own pace while still benefiting from real-time faculty interaction.

This programme is ideal for HR professionals, data analysts, business leaders, and students (UG or PG) who want to build expertise in HR analytics, AIdriven workforce decisions, and databacked HR strategy. No prior analytics experience is required.

The programme fee is Rs 15,000 plus applicable GST. There are no hidden costs. The fee covers full access to all 7 modules, weekly quizzes, the final exam, and the IIT Madras certificate upon successful completion.

Successful participants receive an official Certificate from IITM Pravartak, issued through the Swayam Plus platform.

The programme is delivered in blended learning mode - recorded sessions are available online and can be accessed anytime, while live sessions are conducted virtually. There is no requirement to attend any in-person sessions in Chennai or elsewhere.

The programme is open to two groups: (1) Students currently pursuing a UG or PG degree from a recognised university, and (2) Working professionals with a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) or equivalent qualification. HR experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Assessment is conducted through weekly quizzes at the end of each module and a final examination. Participants who meet the passing criteria across both assessments will receive the IITM Pravartak certificate.

You will be equipped to apply HR analytics frameworks (LAMP, HCM 21, Talent Maturity Models), build HR dashboards in Excel, use AI and GenAI tools in recruitment and workforce planning, and make data-driven HR decisions. These skills are directly applicable to roles in HR technology, people analytics, and strategic HR management.
